Day 1 (Monday) – SANTA CRUZ

Our arrival is in Baltra airport, outside the arrivals area the representative of the Galapagos Archipel cruise will be waiting to guide us onto the boat and start the adventure.

Black Turtle Cove inlet is surrounded by mangroves and is only accessible by panga ride. The shallow cove is a safe haven for young marine life. Black-tip and white-tip reef sharks, sea turtles, and a variety of rays are often spotted here.

Galapagos Wildlife you might see today: sea lions, sharks, mockingbird, finches, Galapagos flycatcher.
Day 2 (Tuesday) - PLAZAS & SANTA FE

The highlight of visiting South Plazas is indeed the rich wildlife that can be found here. The iguanas of the area are smaller than in other islands, and here it is also possible to see hybrid iguanas, a mixture of land and marine iguanas.

Santa Fe is not a volcanic island but product of uplift. This might be the oldest island in the Galapagos and is a great place to see the Galapagos Hawk and the rare Galapagos snake.

Day 3 (Wednesday) - NORTH SEYMOUR & CHINESE HAT

North Seymour is one of the smallest yet one of the most diverse islands, arid vegetation all over and Sea Lions, Blue-footed Boobies, land iguanas and Magnificent Frigatebirds which are quite abundant can be easily seen.

Chinese Hat is home to a huge diversity of birds which can be admire from the boat and on your panga ride, this islet which has the shape of a Chinese Hat will offer surreal views of this volcanic lava formation.

Wildlife: Blue-footed boobies, frigate birds, lava herons, Charles Mockingbird, land iguanas and more.
Day 4 (Thursday) - SANTA CRUZ
AM: Twin Craters

Arriving in Santa Cruz the first visit is to the Twin craters, here we will see amazing formations full of nature which is home to the Galapagos giant tortoises.

In the highlands of Santa Cruz we will be able to spot the giant tortoises in the wild. The Miconia forest attracts several types of birds. We will also pass by the Twins, two formations one next to the other, with imposing beauty.

Day 5 (Friday) - ISABELA
AM: Moreno Point

In Moreno point the lava formations create coastal lagoons where several species of birds can be found. On clear days it is perfect to see the volcanoes around the area.

The largest colony of penguins can be found in Elizabeth Bay. The cove is surrounded of a red mangrove forest where sea turtles and the Galapagos hawk can be found.

Day 6 (Saturday) - ISABELA
AM: Tagus Cove

PM: Espinosa Point

To see the Darwin Lake in Tagus cove, it is necessary to walk 30 minutes up to the cliff. On clear days, this is the perfect spot to see other volcanoes of the area.

Fernandina’s only visitor point is Espinosa point. This place is full of marine iguanas and one of the only places the see the flightless cormorants.

Day 7 (Sunday) - SANTIAGO & RABIDA
AM: Egas Port

Enjoy a walk through a sandy path which leads to a beautiful pool like area at a beach where sea lions and pelicans are common guests, snorkel in the presence of green sea turtles, beautiful corals and more species.

Rabida is paradise for bird watching, home to a huge diversity including the Galapagos finches, this island will allow for hiking, snorkeling with amazing views of the marine life and time to chill and relax at its red sand beach.

Day 8 (Monday) - SANTA CRUZ
AM: Las Bachas

PM: Baltra

Hiking Wildlife Observation

Las Bachas, it is a swimming beach which offers a beautiful walk along the beach to a small lake where you can see marine iguanas as well as flamingos.

After this visit we will head to Baltra airport to catch the flight back to Ecuador Mainland and put an end to your Galapagos cruise tour on board of Archipell Yacht.

Day 1 (Monday) - NORTH SEYMOUR

The adventure starts in Baltra airport; here we will meet the Galapagos Archipel cruise guide and head to the boat to start our journey.

Mosquera is full of birds, among them the largest colony of blue-footed boobies and frigate birds. In matting season you can actually see the frigate birds blowing up their red pouches.

Wildlife you might see today: Iguanas, blue-footed boobies, frigate birds, white tip reef sharks and others.
Day 2 (Tuesday) - GENOVESA
AM: Darwin Bay

PM: Prince Phillip's steps

At Darwin Bay you will have the chance to enjoy a nice walk through a white sand beach reaching a pool which is home to a diversity of birds, there is also chances for snorkeling with sharks off the beach.

Prince Phillip's step is a rocky path full of wildlife, mainly birds including several types of boobies and where it is possible to see them hatching and nesting.

Galapagos Wildlife you might see today: Sea Turtle, reef sharks, rays, and great colorful fish as well as blue and red footed boobies, mask boobies, owls, petrels and more.
Day 3 (Wednesday) - BARTOLOME & SANTIAGO
AM: Bartolome

PM: Espumilla & Buccaneer Cove

In Bartholomew, it might be hard to see wildlife, but its landscape is stunning! Climbing the stairs of the volcano we will get to the top of the cliff to see the famous pinnacle rock.

Espumilla beach is one of the favorite places for sea turtles to nest. The island offers a great mixture of beach and forest for a perfect landscape.

Day 4 (Thursday) - SANTA CRUZ
AM: Highlands of Santa Cruz

PM: Twin Craters

The twin craters are two incredible formations close to the road that connects the town with Baltra airport, home to amazing diversity including the Galapagos giant tortoises.

Just 15 minutes away from Puerto Ayora town, the highlands of Santa Cruz are the best place to see the giant tortoises in the wild. This is also the perfect spot to see the twins, two pit craters next to each other.

Wildlife: Darwin finches, iguanas, giant tortoises.
Day 5 (Friday) - FLOREANA
AM: Cormorant Point

PM: Post Office Bay

The beach in Cormorant point is green due to the presence of glassy olive crystals that come from the cones. Here sea turtles come to bury their eggs for nesting.

In Post office bay, you will see is a barrel that commemorates the unofficial communication system the whalers had in the islands back in the 16th century.

Day 6 (Saturday) - ESPAÑOLA
AM: Gardner Bay

PM: Suarez Point

Gardner bay is one of the longest beaches in the Galapagos. This place is perfect for a relaxed time and a paradise for birdwatchers, as it is possible to see baby boobies.

Suarez Point is one of the most popular visitor sites in the Galapagos Islands, one of the reasons is a large colony of Waved albatrosses.

Wildlife you might see today: Nazca boobies, Lava lizards, Waved albatrosses, green sea turtles.
Day 7 (Sunday) - SAN CRISTOBAL
AM: With Hill

PM: Pitt Point

Far in the eastern end of San Cristobal is Pitt Point, Here we can see the three kinds of boobies of the Galapagos, Nazca, Red-footed and blue-footed. It is also possible to see the frigate birds mating in season.

People from the town used to call Witch hill´s lagoon a salt deposit. This is a special historical place as it is one of the first places Charles Darwin visited.

Wildlife: Sea lions, pelicans, frigate birds, Nazca boobies, red-footed boobies and blue-footed boobies.
Day 8 (Monday) - SAN CRISTOBAL
AM: Lobos Islet

Besides the Sea Lions it is also common to find the unique fur seals, this visitor point provides a tranquil and scenic atmosphere to snorkel. After your last visit you will get all packed up and ready for a transfer to the airport for your flight back to Ecuador mainland.

Day 1 (Thursday) - SANTA CRUZ

The day starts in Baltra airport, a representative of the Archipell Galapagos cruise will be waiting outside the arrivals area to guide us into the boat.

The highlands of Santa Cruz are full of giant tortoises, here it is possible to see this magnificent species in the wild and, on clear days, appreciate the whole Santa Cruz Island.

Day 2 (Friday) - ISABELA
AM: Tintoreras Islet

PM: Breeding center and wetlands

The boat does an overnight navigation to start the day in Isabela Island. The first visit of the day is in Tintoreras Islet, this is a group of rocks near to the coast of Isabela where it is possible to spot penguins and have a fantastic snorkeling exploration.

In the afternoon, we will visit the breeding center, a place where many species of giant tortoises from all over the archipelago gather to help them preserve their species.

Day 3 (Saturday) - ISABELA
AM: Moreno Point

PM: Elizabeth Bay

Moreno Point is located in the middle of the Sierra Negra and Cerro Azul volcanoes. Here it is possible to see amazing lava formations and a mangrove forest with several species of shore birds.

In Elizabeth Bay resides the largest colony of penguins of the Galapagos. There is no landing point, from the zodiac we will jump into the water to enjoy the area while snorkeling.

Day 4 (Sunday) - ISABELA & FERNANDINA
AM: Tagus Cove

PM: Espinosa Point

In Tagus Cove we will hike for 30 minutes to reach the top of the cliff. From here we can see Darwin Lake along with several volcanoes of the area. The flightless cormorant is easily spotted from here.

Espinosa point is the only visitor site of Fernandina Island. This is the third largest island of the Galapagos and the most pristine, as no introduced species has ever lived here. Punta Espinosa is located in the northeast side of the island; it is a great place to swim and for snorkeling.

Day 5 (Monday) - SANTA CRUZ
AM: Las Bachas

Hiking Wildlife Observation

On your last day of this Archipel Galapagos Cruise tour, you will be visiting Bachas beach, which is formed of coral sand and is a perfect nesting area for observing sea turtles. There is a black water lagoon in the back of the visitors’ area. The main attraction of this visitor point is the remains for the US army from World War 2.

Day 1 (Thursday) - MOSQUERA
AM: Arrival at Baltra Airport

We arrive in Baltra airport, this ecological airport will greet us. A representative of the Archipel Galapagos cruise will meet us to start the adventure.

In Bellavista we see the border of the national park and the agricultural zone. This is the perfect spot to see the giant tortoises in the wild. We will also see the twins, two pit craters of amazing beauty.

Day 2 (Friday) - FLOREANA
AM: Cormorant Point

PM: Post Office Bay

Cormorant point is formed by many smaller volcanic cones full of dry forest. Here we will find one of the largest colonies of Sea Lions in the Galapagos.

The barrel in Post office bay commemorates an informal post service that was used by whalers in the 16th century.

Day 3 (Saturday) - ESPAÑOLA
AM: Gardner Bay

PM: Suarez Point

Gardner bay’s beach is one of the most important places for turtles to nest. It is also a nursery for the large colony of sea lions residing there.

The erosion of the cliffs in Suarez Point has formed and spectacular blowhole where the water splashes all over the air.

Day 4 (Sunday) - SAN CRISTOBAL
AM: Pitt Point

PM: Witch Hill

Hiking Wildlife Observation

Pitt point was the first place Charles Darwin arrived in the Beagle in 1835. The green sand beach is full of nutrients and house of a bachelor colony of sea lions.

The tuff cone and the beautiful coral beach are the main attractions in Witch Hill. When the lagoon of the area is dry, it is possible to see the salt deposits at the bottom.

Wildlife you might see today: Sea Lions, pelicans, Blue-footed Boobies and Swallow-tailed Gulls.
Day 5 (Monday) – SAN CRISTOBAL
AM: Lobos Islet

PM: Airport

Besides the large colony of sea lions residing there, this is the favorite place for the blue-footed boobies and frigate birds to breed.

After this visit we will head to the airport in San Cristobal to catch the flight back to Ecuador Mainland.
